Shipping policy

At Skncrushja, we partner with world-class fulfillment experts to ensure your skincare reaches you fresh and fast. All orders are shipped directly from our primary fulfillment center in the United States.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Because our products are made-to-order and often customized, processing times are as follows:
  • Small Orders (1–20 items): Processed within 2 full working days.
  • Bulk Orders (21–100 items): Processed within 7 full working days.
  • Processing occurs Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order is fulfilled, it is handed over to our courier partners. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and European Union.

Please note: Total delivery time = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your package and the final destination. You can view the exact shipping cost by entering your address during the checkout process.

4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package leaves the US fulfillment center, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email. This will include a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery's progress in real-time.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States:
  • The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
  • Skncrushja does not collect these fees and cannot predict what they may be.

6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to the US facility due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.

7. Damaged or Lost Items
We take great pride in our durable packaging to ensure your skincare arrives in perfect condition.
  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact info@skncrusja.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can initiate a replacement.
